All my porcelain is 100% food safe.  They are created to be used daily.  I use Georgie’s Silver Falls porcelain (cone 5/6), Mayco Stroke & Coat underglazes, and Mayco Zinc-free clear overglazes, all lead-free and non-toxic.  Gold accents are pure 22k gold and are 100% non-toxic.  All my porcelain can go in the dishwasher, although I recommend hand-washing. Please do not microwave, as the gold will spark (just as any other metallic kitchen item would).

All orders, regardless of gift status, are beautifully gift wrapped inside their shipping box.  If your order is a gift being sent directly to your giftee, please be sure to list the recipient’s name and address in the SHIPPING field of your order.  Please email me if you’d like me to enclose on your behalf a hand-written, wax-sealed card for your recipient. 

I love creating custom orders!  However, I can only take them at certain times of the year due to workload and schedule (I usually open 10 slots for custom orders at Christmas).  I recommend sending me an email if you are interested in a custom order and I can let you know if it is possible.  

Please email me your inquiry including your business name, number of units, and timing and I will respond to you as soon as possible with my availability.  Turn around time for wholesale orders is between 8 - 12 weeks.

Unless otherwise stated, please allowup to 14 daysfor shipping.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, along with the tracking number/s.  All domestic and international shipments are sent USPS (United States Postal Service).  Domestic orders are sent priority mail (1-3 days shipping).  If you need your order shipped sooner than this, please email me and I promise I will do my very best to accommodate you.  

All sales are final.  However, if you are not happy with your order, please email me right away and I will do my very best to work with you to remedy the situation.  Your happiness is very important to me.
